Principle Designer

You can limit risk and satisfy your obligations, with support from our NEBOSH qualified CDM Principle Designer. They’ll make Health & Safety an integral part of planning and project management, offering qualified assistance to help you fulfil your responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

Insolvency Recovery

As a funder or LPA Receiver, you can reach the full potential of your assets with our specialist skills. To develop a plan that maximises the site’s capital value, we perform a technical review of the statutory documents, perform invasive investigations, provide feasibility reports and fill in any gaps.

Party Wall Advice

If you’re working with shared walls, boundaries, or in close proximity to other buildings, we can help you to comply with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. Negotiations are common and we’ll secure the best outcome for you. However, we’re always mindful of maintaining good relationships with your neighbours.
